I had my eye on these for awhile but I didn't know anyone who actually had them. The day before yesterday, I got into a conversation about keeping thick hair in a bun with a really nice woman that I haven't seen in a long time. She swears by these things and recommends them to her family and friends. I went out and bought a pair today and I'm really pleased. They stay in really well, don't show outside of the bun, and come in "hair colors". I'm so lucky, I got the last one at CVS.

I absolutely love these. I have a hard time getting my hair to stay in buns. These work great. They're metal, so they're sturdy enough to leverage into your hair, although they will bend if you're really careless and your hair is wet or something. They have a coating the helps keep them from slipping out once they're in. Sometimes they makes it sting a little while I'm inserting them into my hair, so I have to sort of wiggle them in. Once they're in, they stay for beach volleyball, running, and salsa dancing (yes, with all of those spins). They come in packs of 12, so you can lose a few and still be fine. I like that they come in black and "chocolate" brown, so they hide in my hair.

I bought this thinking it was a no cone conditioner, but when I used it I found it just slightly coney and a little hard to rinse out. I guess it has one cone in disguise. I probably would have still given it and 8 or 9, but I absolutely could not handle the floral perfume scent that is probably what they mean by "fragrance" on the back of the bottle. I'm very sensitive to floral perfume scents, especially things like jasmine or gardenia. I loved the shea/almond scent but it was completely overtaken by the other thing. I had to wash with another conditioner afterwords just to try to get rid of it but I felt like some of it lingered until the next wash. No go for me. I won't be using it anymore so I feel like I just lost a couple of bucks.

This is so nice and wonderful smelling. It was recommended to me at Whole Foods because I was looking for clean products. I get really frustrated when something pretends to be natural and there's nothing natural about it. This is one of the cleanest I've found, if not the cleanest. It's very gentle on my mom's horribly chemically colored hair. The only downside is the price, so I can't give it a 10. If you're like me and rarely even use shampoo, this might be worth the price. As a side bonus, I used very little of this shampoo and it went a long way.

Honestly, I gave it a 9 because it bent on me. It's still usable, just not perfect. I sanded mine with very fine sandpaper because that's the way I am, it probably didn't need it. It's a great little travel comb so I don't feel bad about possibly damaging my horn comb. It's very light and the teeth are perfectly spaced. I also bought one for my mom and she loves it.

I wanted to try out this brand so I just bought a couple of things to see how it goes. This is marketted as a leave in conditioner for curly hair. I bought it for my husband and it makes his Ronald MacDonald looking mess (aka flip length wavy/curly messy hair with dry ends) absolutely beautiful. It separates his curls and gives his hair unbelievable softness, smoothness, and shine. Honestly, it looks like male sexy celebrity hair. Boy was I happy with this! I tried it on myself as a CO conditioner and I couldn't be happier. It gives me body, smoothness and shine. NO FRIZZ! The only downside is the price, but a little goes a long way. It is a heavy moisturizer, so F hairs mine want to use sparingly on wet hair. I put it in my husbands curls on dry hair and it soaked in without looking greasy.

Great for CO for M/C hair. It feels almost like a coney product but isn't. It helps me skip the idea of oiling because it leaves my hair just lightly oiled. I find I've gotten more body/volume since I've been COing with this conditioner (about two weeks now).

I wish I had known about these sooner. I sanded down between the teeth just because I'm paranoid, but it was smooth. It took me some time to get used to the sound it makes when it goes through my hair. It's just different. But it didn't take me long to notice that for the first time in my life, there was no static. Also, the oil from my hair takes care of my comb. The more you use it, the better for both your hair, and the comb. Since then, I've bought another as a gift for a friend with fine hair and recommended it to three more people. All love their combs.

Okay, BBB doesn't work for me because my hair is too thick and I refuse to use a nylon reinforced one. I loved the feel of brushing my hair with my old plastic paddle brush, but it was made of plastic and I gave that up. The little balls on the end would snag my hair and break off and scratch my head and whatever else undesireable. Also, the plastic pin bristles had little seams that cause friction and static. I looked everywhere and couldn't find one of these wooden ones for a good price if at all, so I just gave up. The other day I stumbled upon one at Lassen's and it was $10 well spent. I love the way it feels on my scalp and it makes my relatively straight hair look beautiful and brushed out. Also, it distributes the oil like a good brush should with no static whatsoever. This is the perfect compliment to my new CO regime. Good quality brush. Worth the buy. I used to think a brush was a brush. Thanks to education (LHC) I know how to spot a good product. My plastic brush was $12. What was I thinking?

Okay, this stuff is excellent. I use it daily without worrying about my length. It smells wonderful and keeps my horribly greasy hair squeeky clean. I love the scent because it's not too strong, but pleasant. I also use it as a bodywash because it's gentle and it helps keep my shampoo and conditioner consumption even. Yes, I use shampoo and conditioner in pair by brand and type. I know. Yes, it does work better that way in my opinion. Thank you. Almost forgot to add, this leaves my hair ridiculously shiny to where people actually stop me to ask me about it.
