Pros: moisturizing, makes hair soft and shiny and good for sensitive scalps, aluminum bottle easy to recycle, smells heavenly
Cons: price

This shampoo works wonderfully on my dry, damaged and highlighted hair. It makes my hair particularly soft and I've also noticed a bit more volume, although it took a couple of weeks for this to become really obvious.
It's very gentle on both hair and scalp - the latter my boyfriend discovered when he 'borrowed' some. He has a very sensitive scalp and sensitive skin on his forehead and neck, and this shampoo didn't bring out the mild rash that most shampoos (sulphate free and otherwise) do - I think it might be the high quantities of St. John's Wort in it.
Other bonuses are the fantastic smell of orange blossom and the environmentally friendly aluminum bottle (in comparison to plastic). Also I felt that because it was so gentle I could go much longer between washes, it was only when I started using this shampoo that I could get beyond five days between washes.

The negatives are the cost (although because I can now go so long between washes that does help justify the price) and that it's a very thick shampoo so it doesn't lather up massively, doesn't matter to me but I know some people would prefer an easier and foamier wash.
