This shampoo smells great and is very cleansing but not harsh. It lathered very well even though I diluted it a lot.
Used with the partner conditioner, this left my hair very soft, shiny, tangle free, and happy. It does have a little more body than with the Hello Hydration products, but not as much as the bottle promised.
If the main reason I had bought this wasnt for the body, I would give it a 10, but I was slightly dissapointed with the volume. it is great in every other way, though.

From my experience, I did not like this product at all. When I first used it I loved the smell, but it was very thick, and needed to water it down to get it through my hair. Paired with the conditioner, it made my hair flat, not volumized.
By the third use, myself and DD10 had viscious rashes around our hairlines and ears. Stopping using it cured the rash.
