I've been using this shampoo for the better part of the year, after YEARS of experimenting with just about everything.
I figured out along the way that I need a moisturizing shampoo, and conditioning that's fairly rich and good with detangling.
The scent is light (kind of lemony?) and doesn't linger much in my hair.
Even though it's got stuff like SLS in it, it seems to be gentle.
I don't dilute it, just work a dab across my wet fingers and palms and apply to my scalp, then rinse.
I find that the shampoo alone is rich enough for my wimpy/fine hair, so I don't always condition my length every time I wash.
It doesn't make my scalp itch, either.
