I've been using this conditioner in conjunction with the Optimoist Shampoo from the same line for some months now.
I use it when my hair seems to need a bit of extra moisture, just as an 'apply in the shower and rinse out' type conditioner.
My hair's on the fine and wimpy side, so too much conditioning can make my hair go flat. For that reason, I don't condition with this stuff every shampoo, maybe every other one.
(There's a deep conditioner in this line that I use with heat from time to time.)
I've been using nothing but the products from this line for most of this year, and have been very happy with it. My hair seems well moisturized but not flat.
