I like this product. It's soothing to my crabby scalp but, I have discovered that the best results for me come when I shampoo twice with it. I have not diluted it.
My hair is less tangley upon finishing washes and is soft but, not as soft as with other products I've used.
I have also noticed that, similar to oil use, braid and bun waves seem to hold better, for me anyways.
As soon as I get a good routine down with my scalp, this shampoo will be in regular rotation of products

Cons:

I wish the bottle was bigger cause I have a lot of hair so I go through it like kleenix

I have purchased this over and over I dont know how many times. Costco used to carry big bottles of this. They dont anymore which bums me out big time. Leaves my hair light and not built up at all. Hair doesnt feel dry or stripped. Just hydrated. Smells very pretty. Not over powering at all in cause you're sensitive to strong scents. My HG.
