Contrary to what they wanted me to believe, it's not as good as John Frieda. But, it wasn't bad. This is the first Suave conditioner I've tried that gave me good results. It left my hair smooth and shiny with a pleasent, light smell. I prefer other conditioners, but this one does a good job.
