After conditioning my hair felt like it was coated in wax. I had to shampoo to get it off. Also, I have a friend who used this conditioner... It burned her scalp so bad she was nearly in tears. Be careful if you try it.

I had the ice shine version, and it worked very nice to give my hair bounce and didn't make it oily.
When I saw they had a long hair version I went to try it. It didn't do anything for my hair, and left it oily and gross.

I was hopeful that Pantene would put out a product that would actually follow through on its promises. This product makes my hair feel very strange, dry and waxy at the same time. My hair also tangles much more at the ends after washing/conditioning with this.
