Pros: Gentle, great smell, no sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, no parabens
Cons: Price and availability

This shampoo is very gentle, I'm pretty sure one can use it often with no ill effects. This shampoo, unlike the others I've tried, does not dry my hair out. The cleansing ingredients are olefin sulfonate and cocomidopropyl betaine, which are not even at the top of the list. For people who need a gentler shampoo or are careful about sulfates or parabens, this shampoo is great.

The bad thing is the availability and price. It costs $7.99 which is a high price, but my hair was happy, and I don't wash or condition my hair often. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner last for months in my case. As for availability, I haven't found it in Walgreens or dollar stores (which is where I would usually go for this stuff). On the Kiss My Face website you can find out where Kiss My Face products are available, or you can order online.

Pros: smell, no sls, works
Cons: price, very slightly drying

Special treat shampoo, just like the matching conditioner. Use it every fourth wash and it just makes me happy. The only thing is that sometimes it feels too drying, but my hair stays clean to the touch usually three days after I use it. And it costs a lot, but because I don't use it every time (I CO sometimes, and use the Mint Julep stuff the rest of the time) I'm still on the same bottle I bought a year ago.

Pros: Smells great
Cons: too mild

This is one of the best smelling natural shampoo I've tried. It worked very well, if I lather up 3 times with big gobs of it. It's a bit too expensive for me to do that, though. It's quite gentle so it should work well for dry to normal hair. Oily hair like mine use LOTS of it so it's not very economical. Would recommend for non-oily hair.
