Pros: hair growth increase
Cons: none for me, but some people report headaches

I have a large bottle of MSM 1000 from GNC. When I started taking one of these caps per day I noticed increased hair growth I think they're a safe supplement that's worth a try if you feel your hair doesn't grow at a fast enough rate. There were no side-effects from taking MSM for me, but I have heard some people on the boards say they have gotten headaches from taking MSM.

Pros: acne was gone
Cons: rashes, headaches, price

I used this product to try to get rid of my acne, which it has a bit. I still get pimples, but they aren't as bad as before.

I've been using it for 6 months now. Since using it I broke out in a weird pimpley rash on my back (detoxing?), where I never got pimples before. That lasted 4 months before vanishing as fast as it appeared, and then appearing on my chest! Good thing it's scarf season, because it really does look like I have chest acne... Which it isn't... Just rash. I'm sure in 4 months it will also vanish.

Never noticed a difference with my hair.
