Pros:
Soft hair, good slip
Cons:
Over-bearing smell
The only reason I can't give this conditioner a 10/10 is the smell. The first couple of times I used it I got a headache. But, now I'm kind of used to it. It is very, very floral.
Aside from that, I have nothing but praise. If I am wearing my hair up or down, this conditioner leaves my hair sinfully soft and helps to fight my frizzies. I don't exactly "tousle" my hair, so I'm not sure if it does as claimed there... But, it does a good job conditioning my hair.

made hair feel thicker, good moisture, kept waves

Cones, Very strong smell
On my 2a/F hair this produced very interesting affects. First it felt like it "thickened" my hair, which was kind of a fun feeling to run my hands through. Which I kept doing because I just couldn't get over the cool feeling.
My waves were decreased a bit, but they were still there. Just not as well defined as usual. But considering how amazing my hair felt, I really didn't care.
As the name implies it does give you sort of a wind swept "beachy" messy look. But you can brush it out to look like you normally wear it. Or comb it with wide tooth comb and keep the "beachy" look.
The slip was ok. It did take me about 10 swipes with a wide tooth comb to get through with the occassional smaller knot mass to deal with, but if you're a person with tangly hair that can take up to an hour to detangle than this is a dream in comparison!
The smell is very very strong and stays for a long time. This is fine if you like the smell, but if you don't, it is cloying and nasty.
The moisture seemed to be the right level for my hair.
In my case, I was allergic to something in it and it was closing up my wind pipe. Otherwise this would be my new favorite conditioner. That's not to say that I would have stopped looking for a better conditioner. I would still have been searching for one that gave better slip and one that didn't decrease my wave pattern. But all in all, I would have happily used it until I found the "perfect" product.
