Basically, this product is just a way to put more cones on your hair. There are two different silicones in this treatment, both near the top of the list. The bottle says to use in addition to the conditioner 3x a week, which basically means every time for me. However, I found that it had zero benefit for my hair, other than making it more slick and shiny from being covered in cones. I was unimpressed with the matching conditioner, and I am even less impressed with this. But at least the shampoo was good.
