Pros: moisturizes, no cones, inexpensive generic
Cons: tub is very hard to open with wet hands!

This is a Walgreen's generic form of the Biolage Conditioning balm.

My 2a/F tangly hair had a strange reaction to this product.

While my hair was wet it had great slip. I was able to quickly go through my hair with a wide toothed comb, which for my very very tangly hair, it is a great joy to detangle so quickly!

My hair was very wavy while it was still wet.

However, when my hair dried, the product had a completely different effect. I was shocked. My hair went very straight and it got stringy, which it never does! It also looked very dirty the next day.

I have no idea why this happened. I did not comb my hair or anything else after the initial wet "wide tooth comb" job.

I've never tried the original, but have heard that this generic version is a good one.

I'm sure this product works great for lots of others, but for some reason, my hair rebelled against it when dry.
