Pros: price, scent, ingredients, cone free,
Cons: packaging

I rate this a eight only because it did not do what I was wanting it to do. I was using this in CO washing to rid myself of flakies. The minty feeling was divine, but it did not work to clear scalp build up.
It provided great slip, and the smell even lingered a bit afterwards. My hair was soft and manageable. Very light moisture.
The bottle is a bit awkward being triagular-it was hard to keep upsidedown to get all the product out.
I would rec'md this to others if they are not trying to get rid of flakies and just want a nice, tingly, light conditioner but I will not repurchase.
Did not try with the shampoo.

Pros: light conditioning, scent, tingly effect, great slip, cone free, ingredients
Cons: price, packaging

I LOVE this product! I use it in conjunction with the Tea Tree Triple Treat shampoo and it is wonderful. It is a very light conditioner that provides excellent slip, especially considering that it is cone free. It has a nice minty/tea tree smell and is very invigorating. The only negative aspect of this product is the price, which is a bit much. It is however, becoming much easier to find in stores (Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid). Also, I have to add, that when getting towards the end of the bottle, it is very difficult to get the product out because of the bottle's design!

Pros: de-dandruffing, smell & slip
Cons: Price, bottle shape, & not very dilutable

I love this stuff, it detangles my hair well without weighing it down. I use it in conjunction with the shampoo and it helps my dandruff. i use it after my shampoo bar and it gets rid of the waxy coated irritating aspect of the 'poo bar. I like the smell even and the way it feels on my scalp. What I do not like is the shape of the bottle which is awkward, but what I do is use both hands to squeeze it out on my leg, which I have dried so it does not slip off. I also do not like that it is not very dilutable, it just stays like clumps in water.

Pros: cone free, organic, lovely scent, invigorating on scalp
Cons: packaging

I have been using Giovanni TTTT for about a month now and I really enjoy it. It has a lovely scent and is cone free. It makes my hair feel very soft and manageable and it's good to know it contains healthy oils and organic ingredients. I really cannot think of any cons to the product, except for (as others have noted) the packaging. Giovanni needs to improve their packaging for their whole line of products. It's annoying in that once the bottle hits below half full it becomes difficult to get the condtioner out. I'm the type of person who likes to waste nothing (to the point of mixing water into the conditioner to squeeze the last bit out) so the packing is irritating to me.

Pros: Shine, slip, softness
Cons: Random results

Sometimes this works great for me, sometimes not. If I use it as the first step in CO, it's fine, but as a final, it either turns out GREAT, or like straw.

I also have two GIGANTIC bottles of it, so I have to use it up.

Pros: great smell, good detangler, good for light conditioning
Cons: price, packaging, not the most moisturizing conditioner

Other than Giovanni Direct Leave-in, this is hands down my favorite Giovanni product. It's good for those who need light conditioning and good detangling. It smells awesome too. However, if you need richer moisture look elsewhere.

I myself prefer more moisturizing products, but would still keep a bottle of this on hand for days when I don't need much moisture as a nicely-scented treat.

Pros: lightly scented, rich enough to balance harsh shampoo
Cons: none that I can think of

I found this to be a good everyday conditioner for hair that tends toward oiliness. Using the TTTT S&C, I was able to start stretching washes, and, because it's 'cone-free, I was eventually able to transition to non-traditional washing methods with little detox period. I did find the conditioner to be too moisturizing when used with a gentler shampoo.

Pros: tea tree for dandruff, smells lovely, light conditioning
Cons: product varies widely depending where you buy it, packaging

I've been using this as my scalp wash for my conditioner-only routine now for over a year now, to help my dandruff and itchy scalp, which it does wonderfully with (especially in combination with henna).

I have to take small amounts and really rub them into spots on my scalp all over, then vigorously (sometimes I just scratch my head with my nails, if it's been a while, which feels quite nice) rub it all in when I've finished each section. If I don't do this, my scalp just doesn't feel clean and tends to get itchy faster. I usually put a little of this conditioner into a bottle of water and shake it up to do a rinse with (makes it so much better), then condition the length and ends with other conditioners to finish up.

It's very good for scalp washes because it's a very light conditioner. I would not recommend this for moisture-starved hair unless you're combining it with something else.

The bottle is a terrible shape, it's not easy at all to squeeze it out once you're about halfway though and I have not-so-great grip ability with my hands so this can be quite frustrating. I leave it upside-down once I've hit the half-way point, but sometimes the conditioner will stick to the sides and not fall down so you have to shake it and if you forget to put the cap on like me you'll end up with slippery goo all over.

The absolute worst part about this product is the huge amount of variation there is. I've bought from several different grocery stores and directly from salons as well. Some grocery stores sell a version that persistently has this weird, chunky variety that's just awful and leaves hard white specks everywhere. Some stores have this awful runny thin stuff that I can't do anything with but rinses. Salons tend to be the good kind of this conditioner, but it's much more expensive. I've had the best luck sticking to sales for the grocery stores I know tend to sell the good variety or buying bulk from my local co-op (asking for several gallons of conditioner is an excellent conversation opener ).
