Shortly after joining LHC, I decided to start taking vitamins. In addition to a women's multivitamin, I also began taking biotin. Within a month, I noticed a faster growth rate. I approximately doubled my growth rate from 1/2 inch to 1 inch per month. However, I can't be sure if it was the women's multivitamin, the biotin, or both that caused it.
The price is pretty good and it's readily available at Target.
