Pros: Makes my hair very shiny and smooth. Reduces frizz. Smells very nice, soft and citrusy.
Cons: If used too often, it could be drying.

In the last 2 years, I haven't used too many commercial products. I find that most of them dry my hair and I dislike most of the flowery smells.
Garnier Fructis Curls and Shine Shampoo was recommended to me by two of my daughters. They both have BSL, curly, thick hair. After they used it, they both raved about how curly it made their hair and how shiny it was. So I gave it a whirl myself. It cleaned my hair extremely well and the scent was very light and citrusy. I felt my hair was a bit dry after using the shampoo only but I always use it in conjunction with the conditioner, so as a combination, they work beautifully together. I only need to use this once a week and my hair stays clean and shiny all week.

Pros: Very thick product, makes hair shiny and curly, just as promised. Nice soft citrusy scent
Cons: It's very thick and a lot of product must be used on BSL length hair.

I have tried several conditioners in the last two years and have not been very happy with any of them. Two of my daughters have the same hair as me, thick and curly. They both used Garnier Fructis Curls and Shine Conditioner and raved about it. So I tried it myself and also loved it.
It's very thick, which makes it difficult to apply, I find that I use a lot of this product in my BSL hair. However, it really does make your hair shiny and clean and curly. It also reduces frizz, which is a big draw for me.
I use it about once a week with Garnier Fructis Curls and Shine Shampoo and together they both make my hair smooth, shiny and hold the curl.

Pros: Smells good and works great!
Cons: Can't keep enough on hand?

I've been using this as my first "C" in CWC since October 2007. I love it!

Pros: Creamy, moisturizing
Cons: Can weigh hair down eventually

I really like this conditioner. However if I use it exclusively, my hair starts to get lank and oily and heavy the day after I wash it. If I switch this up with another coney condish or non coney condish and only use this every other time, it works really well. (If your hair likes cones that is) This does make my 2a/2b hair soft, wavy and amazingly silky though.
