Pros: effective protien-rich conditioner, inexpensive, easy to find
Cons: Containes parabens, stronger fragrence smell

Henna n' Placenta has been around forever, and is great both as an everyday conditioner for those with protein deficient hair, and also as a great deep-treatment when left on longer. Easy to find and use, it helps to restore protein and strength to damaged hair.

I knocked it down to a 9 for the parabens and for what I consider to be a bit heavy on the perfume.

Pros:
Cons:

I didn't post a rating, not fair to the product or those who might benefit from it. But for me, with protein hating hair, this was a disaster, extremely dry brittle hair.

Pros: really conditions my hair
Cons: non that I can think of

I really liked this product since the first time I used it. I find it works best when kept on longer then 10mintues. I generally keep it on for 30mins to a few hrs. After I clarify and cone free condish this is what i use to really give my hair its moisture back and it works every time.

Pros: none for me, but for those with dyed hair which is dry could be beneficial
Cons: made my hair dry

I have given this a 5 as for me this product was a disaster, my hair went like straw with it, but that is a rather biased view as it would be good for those needing a little more protein in their hair.

I ordered mine from amazon and at a cost of roughly £5 I thought this was expensive but then I am from the Uk and this product is American so that needs to be taken into consideration. Although it did make my hair like straw, a deep condition did bring it back to its normal self, so no harm done!

Overall anybody with virgin hair I would say no you don not need this, but for those of you will naturally dry or hair damaged through dye/bleach etc I would say give it a go.
