Description: I've been using this shampoo for a couple months now and I'm very happy with it. It's less pricey than J/A/S/O/N or Natures Gate, which was my main reason for picking it up in the first place. But it cleans my hair very nicely without stripping it, and it's got a delicious, light, cherry/bubblegum scent!

It does have a sulfate, Sodium Myreth Sulfate, but it's the tenth ingredient listed, and it's not the normal ones, so hoping it's not a big deal.

The ingredients are as follows

Deionized Water
Hydrolyzed Keratin, Pantenol (Provitame B5)
Henna extract,
Chamomile Extract,
Nettle Extract
Rosemary Extract
Comfrey Extract,
Quillaja Extract,
Barley Extract,
Sodium Myreth Sulfate *
Cocamindopryopyl Betaine (Coconut Oil)
Cocamphaacetate Lauramide,
Balsam Peru,
Apple Pectin,
Allantoin
Sodium Caseinate
Magnesium Citrate,
Disodium EDTA,
Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
Organic Aloe Vera Gel,
Octyl Dimethyl PABA,
Citric Acid,
Organic Essential Oil
Potassium Sorbate,
Sodium Beonzaate,
Botanical Fragrance.

Pros: gentle, sudsier than other mild shamps, smells great, inexpensive
Cons: none for me

This contains sodium myreth sulfate, which I've read is the mildest sulfate. Its molecules are supposed to be larger than any of the other, more common, sulfates; therefore it doesn't penetrate and dry out the cuticle like they do. Or so I've read, and my experience with this shampoo jibes with that. My hair is never stripped or rough-feeling after using this, but it does actually get my scalp clean, unlike many of the sulfate-alternative methods/products I've tried.

Good, hair-beneficial (unless you have protein issues), mostly natural ingredients. I love the scent; to me it's not bubblegum at all.....hard to define *what* it is, a bit like cherry-almond, but not quite that either..but delightful!
