Description: From the creator:

Sweet Success Hair Oil

This is an Essential oil & Carrier oil blend for scalp massage. It can be used directly from the bottle. Massage into scalp every night to help stop shedding and promote growth. This is 2 months supply for me. Comes in 4 oz colbat blue glass bottle with dropper.

Blend of these oils:

Sunflower (supplies more Vitamin E than any other oil) (Its strengthening and protective agents help to further nourish and condition dry or damaged hair)

Olive (beneficial for dry or damaged hair),

Bay (stimulates scalp and helps hair health)

Thyme (stimulates hair growth by deep cleansing hardened sebum)

Sage (stimulates hair growth)

Basil (promotes growth by stimulating circulation )

Cedarwood (promotes hair growth)

Grapefruit (stimulates scalp)

Peppermint (promotes circulation)

Rosemary (stimulates hair growth)

Lemon (treat underactive glands, promotes hair growth)

Lavender (stimulates hair growth)

Ylang-Ylang (stimulates hair growth, soothes skin, balances sebum production)

Studies done on these some of these oils showed that 44% of the patients using the EO's showed significant improvement in hair growth.

Pros: effective, scalp-soothing, promotes hair growth and scalp happiness
Cons: Needs to be bought online and shipped

Price includes shipping and handling, without insurance ($11 cost + $4.60 shipping and handling).

I love this stuff Its smell is mild and earthy, the dropper bottle leak-proof and effective for application, and the results for me have been wonderful.

Typically, I apply the SS Oil to my scalp about 6 hours prior to a shower (if I have time and I'm not going anywhere). I use the dropper to apply the oil in lines down my scalp, using about 4-5 dropper fulls, then massage in with the pads of my fingers.
I have no problems washing this oil out with a CWC method using diluted herbal shampoo, which is already very mild to start.

Since using the SS oil my scalp does not flake, is not dry, and while my growth has not increased to astounding levels, I do feel that this aids me in growing the healthiest hair possible by properly nourishing and stimulating at a scalp level.

Pros: Nice minty earthy smell
Cons: none

This is by far one of my favorite oils. It literally last forever and makes my scalp happy happy. I love the cooling sensation on my scalp when applied and rubbing in nicely. I sometimes leave in on while my hair is up in a bun and it just looks like my hair is just super shiney not oily. I also love to bbb this along my length and it leaves my hair very silky soft. I would buy this oil again in a heartbeat when I do finally run out.

Pros: Snells nice and herbal, makes DH's hair grow faster
Cons: Doesn't do anything for my hair other than making it oily

I bought this and used it on both my DH and myself. We oiled the scalp the night before washing. I think his hair was growing 1" every month while he was using it. My hair was as slow as ever, and was smelly and oily. It didn't reduce any shedding either. I suppose we have very different hair types, but I really have no clue why it works or doesn't work. All I can say is try it out and see if it works for you. It's not too expensive and you just might be lucky.
