Hair needs oil too, just to make it shiny and tangle free, but you don't want it to weigh your hair down or leave it greasier than when you started. If you've tried this conditioner before, you might be pleasantly surprised with our new formulation - we now use a goodly amount of organic, virgin-pressed coconut oil, while keeping the aloe and glycerine for their wonderful softening properties.

I've been using this conditioner for nine months and I don't have any plans to switch any time soon. It has made my hair the softest it has ever been.  I was worried it'd be a bit heavy, with the second ingredient being coconut oil, but it's actually quite a light conditioner, which works well for my F/M texture; no lankness or weighed-down look after using it from root to tip with the CWC method. (Curlies; have a look at their 'intensive' conditioner. It was too heavy for my hair, but I bet it'd work well for curlier heads of hair.)
The first batch I bought was their 'default' scent - ylang ylang and lime - which is quite nice, very obviously a natural scent compared to typical store-bought products. They also have custom scents, which I've experimented with, but I'm a bit terrible with selecting scents that pair well, so I play it safe with unscented.
I order direct from their website, five times so far, and their customer service has always been good. My inner green geek loves them - but this conditioner, how soft it makes my hair, and the affordable price keep me coming back for more.
(It works brilliantly in SMTs, too.)
