I tried this product because I was interested in the UV-protective benefits it offered. While heat damage doesn't seem to be an issue for me, I do blow dry regularly, so I figured the thermal protection would be a nice plus.

Unfortunately, I can't say for sure if it offered any real protection from heat or UV damage. I stopped using it because the spray made my hair feel sort of tacky/sticky - like the strands wouldn't separate easily when I ran my fingers through my hair.
