Pros:

Inexpensive, smells great, nice & thick
|
|
Cons:

Does contain 'cones, the bottles are sometimes hard to hold onto in the shower

Smells heavenly, as most Herbal Essences products do. However you nee to do a sniff test before buying, it could be too overwhelming for some.
Has a ton of suds and as thick as it is, you could actually dilute it down with water and probably still get the same results.
It's super thick, both the shampoo & the conditioner, so it can be tricky to get it evenly distributed throughout your hair.
Rinses out clean and leaves your hair feeling nice & soft. I did notice some extra body to my hair.
The price is reasonable and the large bottles seem to last forever. Overall for a store brand duo this one seems to fit the bill.

Pros:

Leaves hair clean but moisturized, you can go days between washings and be fine
|
|
Cons:

It lathers worse than bubble bath even if you only use a tiny bit
|
|
I use both the shampoo and conditioner for HE's Long Term Relationship line.
I love the products, my hair is soft, silky, smooth, and I can go days between washes without looking as if I had dirty hair.
My only complaint about the shampoo is even when I use the tiniest bit, it lathers up like a bubble bath on my head. WAY too much lather. Dilute it if you can, otherwise you're gonna have bubbles EVERYWHERE.

Pros:

Cleans, lathers, and rinses well, smells good.

Cons:

It's pink. The color seems unnecessary.

I tried this shampoo and conditioner combo today for the first time, and I am impressed.
I have scalp issues, so I was looking for something very cleansing. The shampoo cleaned my scalp very well, there was no build-up left. My scalp is also not itchy or irritated at all.
The smell is not so overwhelming to me. The shampoo rinsed well and quickly. The only negative thing about it would be the pink color added to the shampoo, because it's an unnecessary possible irritant.
My hair is completely dry now and very soft and not tangly at all. I will give this another week to complete the new product test, but so far I am happy with it after the first use.
I rarely get excited about products, but I liked this one.

I love it! It's great for a gentle cleaning, and it gets ground cinnamon out of my hair perfectly!! I love the thick lather, and the smell is nice too. I love that its gentle, I can't tress that enough, because unlike normal (or other) shampoos my skin reacts to them. I even have problems with some of herbal essences other products. But not with this!
It is definitely a favorite shampoo!
My only wish is that my hair would like all natural shampoos...but unfortunately it prefers cones. Oh, well this does the job for me. I LIKE it!!!

Cones, for those who avoid them.

This shampoo is wonderful. Lots of lather, great smell, super moisturizing without being too heavy. There are no downsides to this, in my opinion, except for the usual thin hair feeling I get with cones.

Pros:

Thick and creamy but doesn't weigh fine hair down
|
|
Cons:

The scent gets old after awhile
|
|
I have baby fine hair and when I first squeezed this shampoo (and the conditioner) in my hands I was almost positive my hair would look greasy once dried...it didn't! Perfect amount of moisture without weighing fine hair down.

Pros:
|
cones, protein, raspberry
|
|
Cons:
|
strong scent
|

I love this shampoo and conditioner, but right now cones are making my hair look greasy. I now only use cones from the ears down. They also have protein in them, so you might want to watch out if your hair has problems with it. I love this when I have softer water, but the hard water up here makes it work with my hair differently. If you like cones and proteins you should give it a shot.
