Organic Indigo Powder for Hair.
Indigo is a natural plant. The powdered leaves have a natural dark blue dye. Apply indigo with your henna application to get browner tones. This first method is called a one step process. You can vary the amount of henna and indigo to create reddish brown tones, and up to chocolate brown tones.
To create black tones, you will have to do a two step process. Apply henna first alone, and then indigo alone to create beautiful, rich black hair. By doing this you are giving the indigo a base (being the henna) to help it cling better to the hair strands.

I added this to my normal henna mix, and WOW do I love the results. It cut down on the brassiness and left the color richer IMHO. I would like to slowly darken my hair by upping the quantity of this indigo with each application. I noticed this indigo was very finely sifted. I also didn't notice an awful smell like others, but then again henna and cassia don't bother me at all either so IDK. It was fresh and sealed tight like all of the Henna Sooq's products. It cost $13 for 200g, and I did have to pay shipping which always makes it more. I highly recommend this indigo, I'll never buy from anywhere else because it is a very high quality and the shipping turn around is great. Also the selection at the Sooq just keeps growing and growing so I enjoy seeing when new herbs and powders and oils are available.
