Pros:	smells great, natural ingredients, sudses well
Cons:

I really like this shampoo. It has natural and some organic ingredients, is SLS and paraben free. It smells fantastic and it works! It does not irritate my sensitive scalp.

Pros:	Most moisturizing of the shampoos
Cons:	My head would itch after a while

This is probably better for someone with a different type of hair. Didn't do well in hard water.
