Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this dryer. It's got 3 temperature options (cool/warm/hot), 2 speeds (low/high) and a Cold Shot button. A concentrator attachment is included in the box. Since I started using this dryer a few months ago, I notice my hair looks shinier and feels softer than it did when I was using my previous dryer. The cool setting is great, as it pretty much blows room temperature air. Until the end of winter, I actually had to use the warm setting, to keep my hands from feeling cold.
The major downside about this dryer is that it's rather heavy, which is not a huge deal for me, as it only takes about 5 minutes to dry my hair. However, if you have very thick hair, you might want to look for something a more lightweight.
