This was recommended to me by a friend, even though I've never colored my hair. He recommended this to me, because I have to use a mild shampoo. Hairtrition moisturized my hair making it very soft and shiny. It also helped tame "fly aways". It smells like coconut oil, which I enjoy, and best of all it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. 
Hairtrition is sulfate-free! Which is a big plus for my hair. I'll recommend it any time! Especially to those with sensitive skin!
