Major shine enhancement - with a few caveats. This product line is targeted at consumers who do a lot of heat styling, but rest assured it works just fine on my hair. Of all the shine products I've tried thus far, this gave me the most noticeable, lasting increase in shine. However, it must be used judiciously, as even a small amount will slightly weigh down your hair - not dramatically so, but a tiny bit. You'll definitely want to put this onto your hands for more precise application, as the spray comes out rather heavily.
Highly recommended for M or C hair, especially if you often have problems with frizziness; F hairtypes should probably avoid it. And, obviously, if your hair hates protein, don't buy this product (^(oo)^)v
