I love love her shampoo bars. I currently used the rose and the green apple. The rose worked the best for me though. These bars leave hair fully volumized and fluffy with a wonderful smell. My hair used to be stringy from condish until I discovered these bars. The are all natural vegan bars and although beeswax could cause buildup I have never had this issue. Her customer service is OUTSTANDING..When i had question the responded promptly and even when I had an issue with adjustment (the waxy feeling and LHC was down) she said they don't work well for everyone offered to refund my money!!!. (which I declined). I kept trying them and eventually my hair adjusted(as with every other poo bar) amazingly.

I just love her shampoo bars! I currently use the Rosemary Mint and the Charcoal bars. They both smell great!! And her customer service really is wonderful! I originally ordered the Rosemary Mint along with some soaps. I asked her about the Charcoal and she was kind enough to send along a sample of it with my first order! And yes, I ordered a full-size bar with my next order!

Cons:

didn't work so well for me

I got a batch of samples of the shampoo bars.
Although these didn't work so well for me (I think possibly because I have very oily hair, and hard water with a high pH), I can see that they are a quality product. I tried the Charcoal shampoo bar and the Orange shampoo bar. Both left my hair a little heavy and greasy feeling, even with an acid rinse. So, I gave them away and haven't used them again. However, I think for other folks whose hair isn't so gosh-darn greasy as mine (haha!), it would probably work great. You can see pics in my blog, if you are curious!
Her customer service was incredible. I can't believe how quickly they got to me from across the country!
Be aware, although the scents are milder than Chagrin Valley, they were still a bit strong if one is sensitive to fragrances like me, and the scents do last throughout the day. If I were to try again, I think I would get an unscented bar.
