On Product: Conditioner for long hair...with a fusion of red raspberry + satin. (our love grows longer).
My take on it: Along with the matching shampoo, my hair is less tangly, and has more body. I used the conditioner mainly on the ends, but it's not weighed down like other heavier condtioners. I have the big bottle, because I'm going through it like crazy.

Pros:
Soft hair, good slip
Cons:
Very light, fluffy hair

When this finally got to the stores in my area I leapt at the chance to buy a bottle. I was somewhat disappointed. Most of the HE conditioners help hold down my flyaways, but this one made it worse. It had plenty of slip. It made my hair unbelieveably soft. But, it wouldn't stay in an updo for anything in this world.
If it's volume you are looking for, you may like it. If you're wavy or curlie and your hair sproings away from your head if you so much as look at it funny.. You might want to think about it before buying.
I'm keeping the bottle as a backup conditioner at the moment. It wasn't a horror story... But, I won't buy it again.

Pros:
Soft, smooth, tangle-free hair that can go without washes for longer than with other "traditional" products. This is my current holy grail product.

Cons:

Seems difficult to rinse
I bought this product because the idea of a "long hair" specific products intrigued me. I've liked many of HE's other products (such as Totally Twisted and Hello Hydration), so I figured it was worth a shot.
The conditioner is nice and thick, like most HE conditioners, but it doesn't seem to rinse as easily or cleanly as I'd like it to. I spend quite a few minutes longer with my head under the shower to try and rinse it out. I always end up feeling as if I never got it all, my hair seems slimy, even after I give up and stop rinsing.
Once my hair dries, it's lovely, soft, tangle-free (despite the sliminess felt before it dried). I don't notice it giving me any more or less slip than anything else I've used on a regular basis in the past.
I'm also able to go two or three more days longer between washes using this product than I can compared to the other products I've used in the past.
Both the conditioner AND shampoo contain silicone. The conditioner contains Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone, and the shampoo has Dimethicone.

Pros:

Great scent, good slip
Cons:
cones (for some)
I absolutly love the smell of this conditioner!!! I'd give it a ten on scent alone. It is incredibly moisturising (possibly do to the cones) and makes my hair silky and smooth. I give it 1 less than the max because it does make my hair oily looking if I use it clear to the scalp. I normally just use it on the length and about 1 in down from my scalp and have great results.
