This heat cap is very easy to use, but I wish it fit over my head/hair better. They obviously didn't have people with a lot of hair in mind when they designed this. The chin strap helps to hold it in place.
I do like this heat cap a lot. I have been using a heating pad previously for my treatments, so this is definitely more convenient. It heats up quickly and the heating pads are in the back and around the top and sides, so the heat is distributed evenly.
