This item is a Gorgeous Hand Carved Bubinga Wood Two-Prong Hair Fork.
This fork is approximately 1" wide and 5" long. The prongs are about 4" long and are made with a slight curved shape.
After extensive sanding this fork was finished a durable Tung Oil based finish which is resistant to moisture.

Another hand made fork from 60th Street. Very fine finish, unbelievably smooth.
Even though I love dymondwood for its resistance to water/oil, as well as the diverse and vivid colour palette it comes in, there's nothing quite like real wood!! It has a special softness and warmth, an organic feel, almost like it's still alive.
This fork embodies all that is wonderful in that material! Its well tapered ends make it easy to use, without being so sharp you risk injury to your scalp. It's well shaped and the curve is just right. It's perfect for my fine and slippery hair!
