These things are virtually indestructable. My cat even managed to run of with it and I found it in one piece. This holds like a rock in my hair. The hairstyles are easy to do and it really takes the 'do to a whole new level of elegant accessorizing. Perfect for the office or a hot date with dh!
With a discount code or in a group order is my preferred way to purchase, but even if I could have found a code I would've paid full price for my second one. I reach for this everyday as my "default" 'do keeper. HG status.
ETA 4/13/08: I ran on the treadmill yesterday, with a XL holding a classic bun. Not a hair was out of place! My hair was a fortress, and the flexi was the crocodile-filled moat. Nothing in, and nothing out!
Rated a 9 for price only.

I absolutely love my flexi 8. Its one of the only hair toys I own that I know I can always get my hair to agree with. However, it tends to pull on individual hairs quite a bit and sometimes gives me a headache.
The have tried to help with sizing, but I still ended up ordering a size smaller than I should have for my thickness/length.

Pros:
|
simple & elegant design, variety, very sturdy, secure hold
|
|
Cons:
|
online only, may pull hair

I received my first Flexi-8 as a birthday present and I absolutely love it! I really like the simple design and it is very nice for dressing up a hairstyle or creating a more elegant look. I use my Flexi-8 mainly when I do cinnabuns and log rolls. It can sometimes take a couple of tries to get the right hold without pulling but once you do, it will not budge!
